With over 16 years experience working as a self employed carpenter, Dan has gone from working on new build residential properties in the UK to working on high end $5 million+ single residential and commercial properties in Sydney.
Has had a keen interest and passion for property from a young age, resulting in partnering with his parents, refinancing their family home using the equity to successfully flip properties back when he was just 19 years old.

LAURA CLARKE

Since graduating from a Bachelor of Business Studies in Ireland back in 2010, Laura has been working in sales and sales management across multiple industries and countries. Her roles include connecting top performing real estate agents with vendors to ensure they achieve the best outcome when selling their home and more recently in the finance industry providing customers with solutions to get the best out of their home loan. Laura has always had a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for her customers.

Laura and Dan both moved to Sydney back in 2011 for a lifestyle change and met in 2014. For the past couple of years, they have immersed themselves in learning all things property including attending weekend seminars with Legacy, Kevin Green Wealth and entering the coaching programme with Kevin Green Wealth to ensure they were well prepared to lead their property business to success. They have just moved back to the UK to focus on growing their portfolio and providing exceptional service to their clients.
